Dillon and Thomas, PC is a criminal defense law firm that provides experienced
criminal defense services for those accused of the most serious criminal offenses. We
handle criminal cases in state and federal courts throughout Indiana.  Our attorneys will
fight to protect your rights and zealously defend you if you have been charged with a
crime. If you or a loved one stands accused of a crime, hiring a lawyer can be the most
important step in your defense.
As criminal defense lawyers we are experienced in dealing with all kinds of
criminal matters including drug or narcotics offenses, violent crimes, weapons
charges, sex offenses, juvenile offenses, driving while intoxicated (OWI/DUI),
and all other misdemeanor and felony level offenses.  We also handle criminal
appeals in both State and Federal cases, as well as Post-Conviction Relief
(PCR) and sentence modifications
.

A large part of our practice is devoted to defending persons charged with drug and
narcotics offenses, including trafficking and conspiracy cases involving cocaine, heroin
LSD, ecstasy or other drugs; cases alleging the manufacturing of methamphetamine,
meth labs  and possession cases of all sizes.

Both Steve Dillon and Ross Thomas are members of the
NORML Legal Committee,
an advisory committee to the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana
Laws, and as such are committed to defending marijuana cases of all kinds, from large
trafficking and cultivation cases, to felony charges of dealing in marijuana to
misdemeanor cases for possession of marijuana.  Steve Dillon helped start the Indiana
Chapter of NORML in 1974 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the
national organization in Washington, D.C.

We have over 40 years combined experience as criminal defense lawyers in the most
serious of criminal cases including violent crime such as murder, manslaughter,
robbery, battery and weapons and firearm charges; allegations involving rape, sexual
misconduct, sexual battery and child molesting, as well as property crimes alleging
burglary, residential entry, theft or forgery.

Our criminal lawyers believe that every person charged with a criminal offense
deserves to be treated fairly under the law.  We will fight to protect your rights against
illegal search and seizure and other violations of your Constitutional Rights. We believe
that everyone deserves to be considered innocent until proven guilty, that everyone is
entitled to a fair trial and that  everyone deserves to have his or her Constitutional
Rights vigorously protected. Those persons who stand accused should have a lawyer
that is willing and able to fight for them and to ensure that they are treated with fairness
and respect throughout the legal process.
